We are looking for a very result-oriented and experienced professional with a strong business acumen to join IT Operations (ITO) within Nets Technology organization. Nets is undergoing significant strategic transformation where ITO is having an important role and in some strategic areas will be taking a driving seat.

 

Want to be our new colleague and fill in an important role?

Having this role, you will be part of the IT organization of technology experts owning shared IT infrastructure and together with the management team drive the agenda of IT Operations development across ITO to bring ITO to the next level.  You will be part of the team designing, operationalizing and ensuring ITO development progress. The ITO development and this role is expected to touch all dimensions of People, Processes and Technology. As a first step joining this role, we will expect you to create the solid understanding of ITO organization building difference lenses which can serve as a foundation for further ITO development strategy and implementation. You will be working in collaboration on that with different stakeholders across ITO and beyond.

We are not looking for any profile. You might be having a consulting background or have worked with IT strategy in the past with a proven track record with a desire to bring your business view to the IT organization.

 

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• MS in Business/Economics or MBA
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to draw business insights from financial and other performance numbers
• Experience with strategy development and implementation, business case development is considered as a plus
• 2 - 3 years of experience in business process reengineering
• Knowledge of IT financials, TBM will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to think outside the box and be ready to disrupt and challenge your and other people way of thinking/working
• Structured working approach and excellent project management skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team to deliver high-quality results
• Very fast learner with a sharp mind
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good people skills and building sustainable working relationships

Your professional qualifications and background should include:

• Build ITO current state overview from different business lenses
• Support in operationalizing and translating Nets strategy and its application to ITO
• Provide an overview of performance data across ITO for outside stakeholders
• Review the current governance structure and KPIs across ITO to highlight areas for priority improvements
• Create and drive strategic initiatives, building roadmaps
• Represent financial transparency from ITO side
• Participate in IT management meetings
• Provide business input for reporting
