Experienced leadership profile to head up development within SAP Finance, HR, BI & Infrastructure ECCO has organized IT in PLAN-BUILD-RUN and you will join BUILD who focuses on developing and deploying the Business Application portfolio to fit the short and long term requirements of the business development of ECCO. You will join an organisation, which has a very positive perception and collaboration position with the business. We are still focusing on becoming a stronger global partner for the global ECCO organisation by continuing the change process we have undergone in the last 2½ year to develop and mature processes, people and tools. As Manager for the Cross Function area you will head up an area with 12 engaged and competent consultants working within the Finance, HR. Business Intelligence & Infrastructure development, spread over multiple global locations. Job Profile: As a Manager for Cross Functions your main focus will be to: Engage with business partners to support the strategic agenda of ECCO Develop your team and the individuals Prioritize tasks with respect to demand and supply Follow-up on progress and proactively manage and remove obstacles Actively participate in the management team and development of the IT organization Qualifications and Work Experience: We expect that you: are an experienced & successful people manager have an international mindset and have previous experience in managing a global virtual organization with multiple cultures have experience, personality and drive to assist us in the continued maturity process of the IT Organisation have experience within ERP systems development – ideally SAP are process oriented and have project management experience We offer: We offer a challenging and varied job in an international company constantly developing, and characterized by an informal environment and a good cooperation, where good initiatives and ideas are valued.
