Would you like to take part in the development of an IT department dedicated to partnership with business, cost efficiency and smart solutions? Join us and become IT Manager in our Service Management & Delivery department within Infrastructure & Operations. The department is part of our Group functions which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In Group IT, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. Infrastructure & Operation includes Datacentre, Network, Service Desk, Client, SAP Basis and IT/OT (ICS). Service Management & Delivery has two main purposes, namely infrastructure architecture and project delivery, which is focused on designs, cost cases and strategy development and implementation across departments within Infrastructure & Operation, and tools, which is focused on process support, automation and monitoring across IT. You will be working at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work, as some of your colleagues are located at our headquarters in Skærbæk. Areas of responsibility You will be responsible for resource management and prioritisation of tasks according to overall targets. You will also be responsible for communicating processes and tools across IT as well as participating in cross IT process and tool development and CSI. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •coach and develop your three teams with different responsibilities divided between 17 people to ensure they perform their best •make sure we have the right people to support all our areas of responsibility •transfer the values and culture of the Group management to each employee in such a way that it is clear how each employee’s tasks will benefit the Group as an organisation •initiate and support good cooperation across departments in I&O and IT •handle financial matters related to infrastructure and operation when creating business cases for projects and changes, as well as manage own budget and optimise the value/outcome. Your profile You have a relevant degree and a proven record of achievements in your field, preferably within ITIL processes and organisational change. You have at least 5 years of management experience. Furthermore, you have broad IT experience – both with project management and operations and with a wide variety of HW and SW products. As a person, you are outgoing and able to establish good relationships with your colleagues and other business partners. You are comfortable working in a dynamic and complex environment. Finally, you are empathic, have a high drive and are strategic as well as pragmatic.
