Then you could be the IT operation specialist that we are looking for. About the department The job is located in Novo Nordisk Manufacturing IT that consists of approximately 120 highly experienced and dedicated employees. For the right candidate this is a chance to join the ‘Infrastructure Management’ department. The team is responsible for operating a large global IT infrastructure across Novo Nordisk Product Supply. You will join a team of highly skilled colleagues, who work together in an informal and supporting atmosphere. Your point of departure will be Kalundborg, Denmark. The job You will be working in the Infrastructure Management department with an initial ambition of linking all Novo Nordisk sites via a dedicated production network and offer IT services via a shared computing facility. Furthermore you will be responsible for the daily operation of IT infrastructure systems and services for Product Supply and will also become a member of the day/night watch operations group. Your responsibility will be operating the existing Backup solution, Microsoft SCOM and SCCM platforms in our data centre. You can look forward to an extremely challenging job that will allow you to merge IT competences with business understanding within the production. Qualifications You are an Engineer or have a similar technical background topped with a few years of experience, which has provided you with solid IT knowledge and experience in operating and maintaining infrastructure systems. In addition, you have experience in configuration management including GxP knowledge. You are empathic and able to handle conflicts in a constructive way, and these traits also make you a good team player. As a person you are reliable, structured, proactive and team oriented.
