Right now, we are looking for an IT Operations Specialist who is eager to soak up new technologies and thrive in a working day consisting of a variety of different tasks. You will be working on our RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle tool, but we don't expect you to be an expert on this - we will get you there, when you join us.

The team

You will become part of an autonomous SCRUM team of five highly skilled cross-functional colleagues - each with insights about various aspects of our products, technologies and engineering practices, we complement each other as a team.

We have end-to-end responsibility for the operation, design and development of BESTSELLER's identity and access management tool. We collaborate closely with the IT Security team in performing tasks and driving projects with our ambiguous security roadmap as the point of the departure. Right now, we are in the midst of carrying out a significant identity and access management project, and the integration of our various systems and platforms with our RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle tool is a key part of this project.

We have rapid decision processes, there is room for experimenting with new technologies, and we move fast from idea to execution, always searching for new ways of creating value, while continually improving our existing solutions.

The position

As IT Operations Specialist, you will focus your efforts on a variety of operational and hands-on tasks related to our RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle tool and connected systems. You collaborate closely with the Product Architect and Process Designer in maintaining the platform and its processes while contributing to developing the platform in the right direction.

More specifically, your task includes:

• Handle issues related to the operations, including prioritising and escalating issues, when needed
• Monitor the ongoing performance of integrations to target systems, the performance of the RSA IG&L platform in general, as well as workflows
• Perform patching of the platform when needed and upgrades of various components related to the operations of the platform
• Handle issues, review error logs and participate in data clean-up
• Perform data mapping for target system integrations and perform data mapping for user data model
• Configuration of processes into the IG&L platform.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with IT operations
• Experience from operating an IdM or IAM platform
• Understanding of IAM concepts and IT controls - especially related to user access and identity
• Experience with LDAP and SQL query language
• Experience with Oracle 12 administration and operation of Linux based systems
• You don't need to know about the RSA IG&L platform - we will provide you with the necessary education and training
• Fluent in written and spoken English - any Danish language skills is an advantage, but not a requirement.
