Finance, Global IT, IT Performance Management, Performance & Portfolio Management Global IT delivers all IT Services to the global Vestas organisation and is like the rest of Vestas - going through an exciting journey, executing theProfitable Growth strategy and developing the IT organisation to be able to contribute in key areas of the strategy execution. The Performance & Portfolio Management teams over sees a number of areas, including Performance Management, Finance, Portfolio, Test, Release & Service Level management. The IT Performance Management Specialist is a central person in developing and delivering Performance Management, driving: Culture, Delivering services and Innovative and intelligent insight into how we use a structured and data driven approach to running and improving the IT function in Vestas. The IT Performance management specialist will be working together with the highly skilled colleagues in the performance management area, associated areas like finance and Portfolio management - and the rest of the IT organisation. Responsibilities: The Performance Management Specialist oversees the following areas of responsibility: Defining and implementing the strategy, products and key concepts for the Performance management area. This includes the areas and tasks of how performance management products like reports, benchmarks, reviews, controlling, special analysis are used to ensuring that Vestas Global IT work towards and reaches the strategic targets. The foundation for your daily work will be the existing framework for Performance Management, which includes being part of producing the monthly Management cockpit reports, and go through these with the IT Management team, and to participate in, or drive - special tasks related to internal and external benchmarking, execution of surveys to measure customer satisfaction and to measure vendor performance. On top of this, where will be a need to mature and develop the performance management area, ensuring that we utilize the potential we have in getting even better insight into the performance of Vestas Global IT, and utilize this knowledge to improve our services, ways of working and efficiency to deliver even more Value to Vestas. Also, you will work with how we solve the challenges of ensuring a business oriented perspective on our performance as an organisation and how we become able to deliver management information faster than today. Qualifications: Professional skills: Education: Master degree in IT/ Business or similar experience Experience: Several years of experience with a customer oriented focus on performance, preferable from a larger IT provider company or internal IT department which has successfully managed to implement a business oriented performance management culture and associated framework. You have excellent data processing and analytical skills.
