For our PMO team within IT organization, we are looking for IT Process Expert. PMO (Project Management Office) is the team within the IT department responsible for IT internal processes and tools, quality assurance, knowledge management, and setting up, coordinating and managing the resources for all IT projects. You will be in close contact with all IT process managers and process owners and play a vital role in continuously improving our internal IT processes. What are my responsibilities? · Supporting the implementation of the IT processes within the scope of the business partner organization · Creating, updating and reviewing of process documentation in document management system · Creating, updating and reviewing of process flows (process modeling in ARIS) · Supporting in evaluation, reviewing and continuously improving the IT processes. · Supporting in preparation and execution of IT related audits. · Organizing process interviews, workshops and trainings · Collecting and maintaining results from interviews and workshops What do I need to qualify for this job? · A university degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar · Experience from a similar role from a large international organization · Knowledge of IT Methodologies, like ITIL, COBIT or CMMI, as well as knowledge about Process modeling software ARIS · Experience in IT audits preferable · As a person you are outgoing and self-driven, you take responsibility for your work · You possess strong analytical, coordination and communication skills · You are customer oriented and a dedicated networker thriving in an international environment · Furthermore you are familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint · You possess strong English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
