For our IT Project Management team we are looking for an IT Project Manager for CRM projects that can execute strategic IT projects for Siemens Wind Power with full responsibility for budget planning and controlling, resource planning as well as adherence to given project methodology (e.g. PM (at) Siemens). Project content covers provision of device-independent mobile front-end technologies including necessary back-end integration, e.g. to SAP ERP for use cases such as skill management, work checklists and job confirmations especially in the process area of CRM Project Execution (wind turbine projects). What are my responsibilities? Conducting strategic IT Projects for delivery of global, device-independent mobile front-end technologies by adhering to IT WP given project methodology and applying given KPIs Functional responsibility of project resource including supporting of development- and competency management Project related contract management with focus on defining work packages and fixed price contracts as well as Claim Management handling Identifying and implementing of Nearshore and Offshore sourcing strategies Continuous improvement and standardization of given methodology in IT projects (application and infrastructure solutions) in international environments. Identifying and engaging project relevant stakeholder to facilitate an aligned communication and decision making process Ensuring full compliance on project related value flows of the IT WP organization What do I need to qualify for this job? A degree within Computer Science, Business Administration or similar Several years of work experience in various IT project related roles (Consultant, Team Lead, Project Manager) Experience in functional management of project resources (min. 8 people) Expert knowledge of project methodology, e.g. PM (at) Siemens Diversified and wide-spread knowledge / overview of general IT services and solutions within Siemens Professional knowledge of business processes, specifically CRM Project Execution (wind turbine projects) Knowledge of IT platforms based on SAP ERP, preferable also BI solutions You possess strong English skills both orally and in writing You are customer-focused and with strong communication skills and the ability to communicate in layman’s terms with customers Experience working in an international environment and teams In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
