Then you can be the right candidate for our vacant position as IT Project Manager in Clinical Supplies Business and IT Support (CSBITS). CSBITS is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead highly complex IT projects within the GxP critical Clinical Trial Management System, PMX CTM. About the department CMC Clinical Supplies (CS) is responsible for filling, planning, packing and delivering supplies for the clinical trials in Novo Nordisk. CSBITS is a department of highly skilled people who work across CS. We carry out strategic projects and analyses that aim at increasing the efficiency of the clinical supply chain. We work analytically and data based and support CS Management with high quality decision support and solutions. We are responsible for a number of IT systems including PMX. PMX supports the vital business processes within the clinical supplies and production areas in CMC Supply. PMX handles inventory management, API and DP Production Tracking Orders, clinical trial planning, subject randomization, packaging, distribution management, web label approval and label printing, QA release of products and material/batch tracing. The job As IT Project Manager for PMX you will be responsible for leading both business enhancement projects and necessary maintenance projects. This includes responsibility for participating in process analysis, scoping, budgeting, vendor negotiations, planning, validation, organisational change management and implementation. Currently, we run two PMX release projects annually. For release projects you will be responsible for establishing and driving a project team containing vendors, specialists, superusers, stakeholders, local QA and ITQA. As the existing strategy for PMX is running out, you will be responsible for establishing the PMX system strategy and direction for the coming years. As part of this work you will be responsible for revitalising how we plan and execute PMX development and improvement projects to support our business processes in close cooperation with line of business. You will work closely with our PMX System Manager and Support and will be responsible for daily sparring with the PMX System Team and super-user organisation regarding PMX related questions. Qualifications You hold a master degree in IT, economics or engineering and have several years of IT project management experience. You are a strong team player who is able to lead challenging projects while keeping project participants motivated. You have a strong combination of analytical, IT and people management skills. You excel in planning and involving relevant stakeholders in due time, and you are a natural and clear communicator. Preferably you have experience in leading IT projects with GxP critical IT systems. On a personal level you work independently, deliver high quality and keep deadlines.
