Are you passionate about developing of challenging IT security and support operation in a GMP regulated environment? We are looking for a new colleague with IT security and incident data analyst/supporter focus with a sufficient experience to our team in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) in Hillerød.

About the department
You will be placed in the IT & Automation team within the Project Office organisation. Team’s main focus is to deliver IT/Automation and local IT security operation and support to the local production IT systems and infrastructure. Our primary tasks are to support operations and ensure stable operations 24/7. We are a group of experienced employees characterised by strong team spirit and quality mind-set.

The position
The job consists of variable tasks and responsibilities from hands-on implementation and support tasks to data analysing, reporting and project package coordination. You will work in close collaboration with IT & automation supporters and engineers, system managers, engineering partners and specialists, and not least with your own manager in order to develop optimal IT and security incident and problem management process, including onboarding to new management tools and developing consistent and where possible, automated Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting.

On a daily basis key word would be collecting data and reporting. In order to identify the most important technical problems, or the level of security control implementations, we need solid and systematic data. The development of the process around this must continue and new tools are needed. The ITIL based roles of Incident and/or Problem Manager or process owner could be part of the job, at least solid understanding and experience of ITIL processes is essential.

In this job you will, among other things, work with System Monitoring, IT & Security Incident and Problem Management Processes and related KPI reporting. You will get the training that gives you the necessary prerequisite for working with IT in a GMP regulated environment.

Qualifications
You hold at least a bachelor degree in IT, engineering or similar combined with some year's experience working with similar tasks. Alternatively you are a technician with a long track record within ITSM and IT security tools and processes. Ideally you already have experience with GMP regulation in pharmaceutical production environment as well as BMC Remedy or similar ITSM tools, and master ITIL support processes in practise.

Advanced skills in MS Excel and any reporting tools would be a great asset in the job.

You are expected to work both independently and in teams. It is necessary to have a sense for details and also ensure an efficient and timely task execution, especially in daily or weekly reporting. At the same time, you are able to handle many issues in an always changing environment.

As a person you are reliable, structured, proactive, self-driven and team oriented. You like to have a work day where paperwork and documentation is a natural part of everyday life. Finally, you have proficiency in written and spoken Danish and English.
