We are looking for a pragmatic and structured IT Senior Consultant with great communication skills. As IT Senior Consultant in Service Delivery, your main role will be transition management. In that role, you will help move our projects from the build phase to the run phase. You will be communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across Group IT, external vendors and not least the business. Job Profile: In Group IT, the Service Delivery department consist of two teams; the Global Service Desk and Application Support. You will have direct reference to the IT Manager for Service Delivery but you will work closely together with the two Team Leads and our Site Managers that helps manage the teams, as they are located in Denmark, Indonesia, US, Portugal and Thailand. Your responsibilities: Transition management. You will facilitate knowledge moving from the projects into our service departments and ensure the quality of the transition from projects into day-to-day support. You will ensure definition of needed service offerings, service agreements and service models. At the end of each transition phase, you will ensure signoff form the team leads. Give advice in the early stages of projects. Working closely with and listen to your stakeholders, to meet their expectations and act proactively to support their needs Working closely with the Change Manager in the IT Governance department To ensure well-defined support agreements from our vendors, you will corporate with our Procurement department. You will also be involved with analysing and adjusting new and existing processes in Service Delivery in corporation with the IT governance function Qualifications and Work Experience: It is expected that you: are service-minded and focus outside-in know when to be persistent and pragmatic have good communication skills with focus on the diversity needed when you communicate on various levels in an organization. are a good facilitator that can create an environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing are structured and well-prepared. You plan and document your tasks and work to make sure you deliver on time, scope and quality are capable of dealing with many and diversified tasks simultaneously can prioritize and keep calm at all points in time have an ongoing high focus on risk management and proactively initiate actions to manage stakeholders and mitigate risks act as the good example by ensuring compliance to ECCO’s policies, procedures, instructions, processes and baselines for IT Security Ideally, you have several years of professional experience with either transition management or other roles where you have been the link between two departments. Further, you have a theoretical background on Bachelor or Master level. ECCO’s corporate language is English which you master in speech and in writing.
