Right now, we are looking for an IT Specialist who is eager to soak up new technologies and thrive in a working day consisting of a variety of tasks. You will be working on our identity& access management tool from RSA/Dell, but we don't expect you to be an expert on this - we will get you there, when you join us.

The team
Joining us, you will become part of an autonomous agile team of five highly skilled, cross-functional colleagues - each with insights about various aspects of our products, technologies and engineering practices, we complement each other as a team.
We have end-to-end responsibility for the operation, design and development of BESTSELLER's identity and access management tool. We collaborate closely with the IT Security team in performing tasks and driving projects with our ambiguous security roadmap. Right now, we are in the middle of carrying out a significant identity and access management project, and the integration of our various systems and platforms with this tool is a key part of this project.
With us, the atmosphere is more like that of a start-up than an IT department with hundreds of colleagues. We have rapid decision processes, there is room for experimenting with new technologies, and we move fast from idea to execution, always searching for new ways of creating value, while continually improving our existing solutions.
The position
As IT Specialist, you will focus your efforts on a variety of operational and hands-on tasks related to our identity & access management tool and connected systems. You will collaborate closely with the product team members in developing and maintaining the platform and its processes while contributing to bringing the platform in the right direction.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Monitoring the ongoing performance of integrations to target systems, the performance of the tool, patching and upgrades as well as workflows
- Configuration of processes into the identity & access management tool
- Handling issues related to the operations, including prioritising and escalating issues, when needed
- Handling issues, review error logs and participate in data clean-up.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience with IT operations
- Understanding of IAM concepts and IT controls
- Understanding of LDAP and SQL
- Understanding of Oracle and operation of Linux-based systems
- Fluent in written and spoken English - Danish language skills is an advantage, but not a requirement.
