About the department
The Clinical Publishers department is responsible for the Trial Master File archive and for compiling the clinical documentation such as Clinical Trial Reports for the submission of a new drug applications to regulatory authorities. We also support and train the clinical organisation in the use of novoDOCS; Novo Nordisk’s electronic document management system, in our clinical document templates and in IT tools.
The Clinical Publishers is part of the Medical Writing function at Novo Nordisk and is anchored in Clinical Reporting, Global Development. The department consists of 3 TMF archive assistants and 6 clinical publishers and comprises many different nationalities working together in a pleasant, busy and informal environment.
The Position
Overall your responsibilities will be to plan, manage and drive projects. You independently manage every aspect of projects. You assess the impact on project quality, compliance, identification and project risks. Additionally, you will plan, manage, drive and facilitate the execution and implementation of projects both inside and outside of Clinical Reporting.
Furthermore, you will be accountable for relevant IT tool upgrades, maintenance and development. You will be a part of increasing Office 365 competences in the organisation, interact with stakeholders across the organisation, identify opportunities and be able to present complex matters.
Moreover, you manage Clinical IT projects and upgrades. You act as system manager for Clinical Reporting IT systems and tools.
This position is located in Søborg, Denmark. Some travel is expected.
Qualifications
You hold a relevant university degree with 4+ years of successful project management experience working with cross functional projects. You are innovative, able to make decisions and see challenges as an opportunity.
You have experience with Teams, Sharepoint online and Office 365 (preferably including Flow, Forms, PowerApps, etc) and Online meeting IT solutions. Also, substantial experience in coordinating and managing projects and IT projects.
Preferably, you have exposure in change management and experience with programming.
Additionally, you are experienced in providing training and support in the use of various IT programmes.
You have excellent written and spoken English skills, you see possibilities, and you are curious and open-minded by nature.
