. Research & Development . Denmark - Måløv Would you like to become the new Subject Matter Expert on the technical and administrative parts of a GxP critical system? And would you like to further develop your expertise in management of an IT system and validation of laboratory computer systems? If so, you could be our new colleague in Quality & Systems Management. About the department Located in Måløv, Quality & Systems Management is part of Non-clinical Development and we work in a regulated area (GLP and GCP). The systems management group supports laboratory computer systems (2-30 users) as well as data management systems (10-60 users) with regards to system administration, system upgrades, platform upgrades, accompanying change control as well as troubleshooting of system issues. The job Your main focus will be on technical expertise/system administrator tasks as responsible for a GxP compliant (PK/PD) analysis system. This will include working in accordance with Novo Nordisk procedures on quality management of computer systems and external guidelines for computer systems validation (e.g. GAMP). As the technical expert/system administrator you will on a daily basis be supporting academics in relation to the use of Phoenix/Pharsight Knowledge Database. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintenance of the system, including handling of reported incidents and errors, updates of system-related procedures, user administration, periodic reviews and responsible for planning and driving validation of system/platform upgrades. As part of a support team to various systems you will also be involved in troubleshooting other system issues, as well as being involved in implementation and validation of a wide variety of computerised laboratory systems etc. Furthermore, you will be seen as a source of information on standard software and web applications and you may be involved in defining smart solutions which improve working processes in the whole of Non-clinical Development and beyond. Qualifications You have completed a Master’s degree within IT, engineering or natural sciences and have experience from work with different computerised systems and validation of these in a regulated area. You may have worked as system administrator or (senior) business analyst and you may have experience from an IT support organisation and are eager to apply your skills to a new area.
