The organization The Global IT team delivers business applications and core infrastructure across all business units in William Demant. As IT Support Consultant you will be part of a team which provides IT support and services to end-users in all regions. The team ensures any daily inquiry coming through, following up and responds, before the relevant requests are escalated to next support level. The team also supports all the IT administrators in the EMEA region. Your working place will be at our headquarters in Smørum, Denmark. Job Content Administrative tasks such as user administration, grant access to server resources, Hardware “ bit of new global models” Install, configure and maintenance new and existing pc’s in the organization Make sure that the AV equipment are always functioning, and coordinate with supplier when necessary Procurement and coordination management (H/W & S/W) Provide introduction to new employees Participate in IT Projects, when needed Direct and remote support for wholesales and retails Cisco, Lync, Videoconferencing and mobile devices Your profile You have education in IT related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international context. You have a strong business understanding, deep technical and application insight, ITIL v3 process knowledge (foundation), and troubleshoot approach. On top of it you have several years of experience in interaction and providing support to end users, experience in training of end- users, and expert skills within Cisco and Lync.
