At our Copenhagen office, our IT Support function services approx. 50 happy, ambitious, team playing, digital mavericks, and deliver virtual service to our offices in New York, Seattle and Singapore. You will work as part of our small IT support team, alongside our other IT supporter handling first level support for IT services and equipment through our agency. Together with our other IT supporter, you will ensure our support function is staffed every day, and you will need to be able to work at least 2 days a week during normal office hours. You will be an enthusiastic, service minded problem solver with an eye for proactive solutions. You should be flexible; comfortable with change and ambiguity and able to work structured in a time-pressured environment. You will work to the task, not the clock and in return, we will be very flexible around your exams and projects. Key roles and responsibility: •As the face of IT, provide frontline IT support to our users via phone/email/tickets. •Troubleshooting technical issues and working alone, and with other support staff to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently. •Preparing workstations and software for new employees. •Taking strongly part in Asset registration and be the driver thereof. ? Required skills: •Positive, motivated mindset with the ability to be self-driven to achieve exemplary results •Troubleshoot abilities in Office 2013 and MS Lync 2013 •Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues •Able to assemble and disassemble a PC Additional requirements: •Knowledge of Mac OS X a plus We offer: •On the job training •Good team of coworkers willing to support you and help you develop your skills •We are able to be flexible around your exams •And we are a lot of fun to be part of!
