We have an opening for a position where we're looking for a Ninja IT Supporter who is thrilled to work in a high-speed, highly professional team which builds valuable, efficient and innovative solutions. Solutions built upon a robust foundation of efficiency, standardization and compliance, you are someone who would like to take the responsibility of supporting and teaching colleagues and users of our services, everything from the fundamentals to the newest-latest-greatest features we offer from our fast paced developed PaaS solution. The position we offer In the position we offer, you will be responsible to support any user of our Java Hosting Platform which offers many technical capabilities and services. You will function as a key person being “the person that knows all” who efficiently and pedagogical is able to communicate with others on different levels on how to operate the platform. You will need to be in the front of all new developments of technical solutions and services in our Application Hosting Domain for Java which we ambitiously but appropriate have named Ninja Platform. As we focus very much on compliancy and efficiency as parts of the value chain in our domain, the role offers you the possibility to be involved and contribute to the improvement of the platform capabilities as well as its supporting services. You will therefore not only work with highly skilled and professional SME’s and Technical and Solution Architects but mainly direct towards our supported internal Business IT units and their developers, engineers and change & configuration managers who can be seen as “internal customers” to our services. You will have a great opportunity to meet and collaborate with professionals from other roles, as well being a sparring partner for colleagues. You will use your own experience to make sure we are providing business value from our daily operational tasks. As an IT Supporter, you’ll be working in a team of various specialists that share a common interest and responsibility for Nordea’sMiddleware Java Hosting Platform. Your main objective will be to support the usage of the governance tool “NinjaGO” we offer to all stakeholders, built as a framework enabling fast, flexible and simple deployments though ensuring uphold of bank regulations and compliancy by stability and control through atomization, auditability and configuration management. As a team member you will support the unit’s mission and strive towards Simplification, Automation, Compliance and Self Service Solutions where the scope spans from classic JEE establishments to Micro-services and container based Cloud provisioning’s. The Application Hosting Domain for Java applications currently host over 250 applications and is growing rapidly. We are currently in a very interesting and important transition where we are adapting and maturing the Application Hosting Domain to a new level to support tomorrows business requirements.
