Are you passionate about helping others? Are you structured and good at working with several tasks at a time? If you are and have some experience with programing you are the right person, we are looking for. The position we offer You will act as single point of contact (SPoC) concerning solving IT issues mainly via phone or mail, but also in person by your desk. You will be part of our Danish support team consisting of yourself and two other colleagues. Your team is responsible for supporting employees in Nordea Investment Management working in the Nordic area and Luxemburg, with our own platform based on “Dimension” from Simcorp. You will take part of our deployment processes bridging the development team and operations. You will take part of design and maintenance of our batch flow in Microsoft Visio. The job includes contacts with other parts of the organization (such as second and third level support). You will have administrative tasks such as maintenance of user rights, prepare statistics, procedures etc. As the team has to be available from 8 am to 5 pm you have to be flexible with your working hours as part of a rotating system. And you will be part of on call duty – also on a rotating system. The qualifications you need You are a skilled IT supporter and you have a great customer support mind-set. Our basis desktop platform is built on Microsoft technology with Windows 7, Office 2010, Lync, etc. and you must be familiar with this. We are also working with Remedy and Microsoft “Visio”. Our corporate language is English and it is therefore important that you also master English both verbally and in writing. The daily language in the team is Danish, but we also have English speaking colleagues. Your ability to handle customer contacts and your people skills in regards to this will be weighted as very important as well as the structure, quality and detail orientation in your work. Sometimes it is very hectic supporting our colleagues, and it is therefore very important that you can remain focused in a busy work environment and keep an overview in stressful situations. It is also important that you: •Have a structured approach to your assignments •Have strong co-operation capabilities and good communications skills •Are proactive and committed to create results that add value to the bank and our customers If you have some developer skills or at least know the SQL language it will be an advantage for you. Nordea Investment Management IT is part of Nordea Asset Management IT and located at Christiansbro in Copenhagen. We are responsible for the in-house development in close dialogue and cooperation with our business colleagues. We are 30 employees – with both business and IT backgrounds.
