Then you might be the IT System Manager we are looking for. About the department You will be part of the IT- and Automation department, located in our Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) production site in Hillerød. Our team is associated with the production line, and our main task is to ensure a reliable and adequate IT-flow for the local organisation. We ensure that all systems are always in compliance with external and internal standards, and that we are well prepared to meet the challenges of the future. We have very different backgrounds in our department, and maybe this is why we complement each other so well. We are in the process of organising an IT System Managers network, spanning most of the organisation. The position To ensure that all of our systems are always in compliance with regulatory legislation and are ready to meet the standards of the future, we continuously validate both smaller and more comprehensive IT-systems. This is where you are needed the most. You will be working with both very specialised systems within the fields of automation and process handling, and more elaborate, organising architectures. As equipment and processes are developed and optimised, you will be responsible for the coordination and validation of the corresponding IT systems. Supervising the operation of various systems as well as ensuring that their functions can be handled in future setups will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be working in the focal point between daily production and strategic initiatives – right where it all has to come together, and where many expectations and considerations are to be coordinated. You will be building and maintaining relations to a large scope of stakeholders – different specialists across the organisation and external suppliers and business partners alike, some with a profound understanding of your area of expertise, others without. Qualifications You hold a relevant degree that has made it possible for you to create results within the fields of automation, IT-architecture, project management or the like. Five years of experience from regulated production is expected, but whether you have earned your merits in food production, the aircraft industry or another regulated environment, is less important. You have worked with a multitude of different systems, you are accustomed to learn your way around new ones quickly, and you easily survey complex IT landscapes. We expect you to study trends and developments within your field of expertise, that you thrive in driving projects, and that you can be inspirational to your colleagues and business partners. You stay persistent when met with adversity, and you never compromise with the quality of your work. You enjoy expanding your skill set, to exchange knowledge and practices in networks of peers – and you are always working to be better at what you do.
