We are looking for an IT System Manager to operate and maintain the IT Solution implemented on our production sites in Denmark and abroad as part of Global Serialisation Programme. About the department You will be part of Product Supply IT – who is responsible for initiating, planning and executing large strategic IT and automation transformation programmes in the production areas with global scope across different business units. You will be part of the Automation team, which main focus is to deliver IT/Automation Solutions and Services to production facilities in Product Supply. The job In the job as System Manager for ‘Serialisation Site Server’ you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a GxP critical IT-system, which is the interface between Corporate Enterprise Resource Planning-systems and production equipment placed on sites. This responsibility includes ensuring compliance, system availability, system support and issue handling. Furthermore, you will be responsible of system governance and future development through managing of Change Advisory Board and System Advisory Board, thus the job will include handling of stakeholders on all levels on Production Sites and centrally in Product Supply. Additionally the job includes responsibility of vendor management related to development of future releases, external services and support provider in order to fulfil System Key Performance Indicators. Qualifications Your track record displays experience with operation of IT & Automation within GxP environments. You are familiar with GMP and have experience conducting IT/Automation problem analysis and operating cross-organisational solutions. Your academic profile is technician, BSc Engineering or similar, and your career has supplied you with a sound business understanding, and as such you are able to conduct decisions based on business requirements and in line with the business strategy. As you will operate in multi-stakeholder environment, you need strong interpersonal skills and change management capabilities. As a person you are reliable, structured, proactive and team oriented. Presenting your ideas to managers convincingly is no problem for you, and neither is your ability to build a wide and strong network within a major international organisation.
