Do you want to play a key role in developing and improving the IT system management processes in Product Supply, Novo Nordisk? Do you have a strong quality mind-set combined with a wish to provide broad support within IT quality management? Then you could be one of our new colleagues in Device Manufacturing Sourcing within Devices & Supply Chain Management .
About the department
You will be a part of the IT team in Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS) in Hillerød. DMS produces components for disposable devices and perform automated assembly of the devices. Computer systems are an essential part of process control within DMS. The culture is distinctly result oriented with great focus on IT compliance and production uptime.
The position
As an IT system manager you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of a portfolio of GxP critical IT systems, mainly within our Device Metrology area. You must ensure the IT systems are in compliance with internal/external requirements, maintained in a validated state and regularly patched to ensure an adequate level of IT security. You will also be responsible for implementation of smaller IT projects and lifecycle management.
You will manage the expectations of customers (internal stakeholders), system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel and other key stakeholders concerning the use and operation of the IT systems in cooperation with your colleagues. You will communicate and collaborate closely with the key stakeholders including follow-up on IT vendor deliverables and services according to agreements.
The position is temporary for a 2 year period.
Qualification
You have a strong background within IT system management focusing on compliance and IT system validation from the pharmaceutical industry. You have a relevant educational background, along with 5-10 years of working experience. Knowledge within IT Security and infrastructure is an advantage, but not required.
As a person you are structured and have a strong quality mind-set, providing support within your area of expertise. You like collaborating with stakeholders of different professions, and it is natural for you to take lead on key improvement activities. You are thorough and find it natural to work independently. You are fully proficient in English.
