About the department In Quality Solutions, within Corporate IT, you will be part of a highly engaged department responsible for managing, developing and improving a suite of GxP critical IT systems for a number of internal customers, by providing excellent, global, business-critical support services. You will become part of a team with a good atmosphere and get the opportunity for professional sparring and best practice exchanges in your daily work. Furthermore the department is involved in projects with line of business, working closely to ensure that business processes are supported by the IT system. The position You will become a IT technical analyst in an experienced novoGloW system team, co-located in Denmark and in India. novoGloW is an EtQ Reliance workflow platform running eight applications, supporting processes that are core to the quality and safety processes in Novo Nordisk. You will be in a key position not only to make the daily operations run smoothly but also to mature and improve the platform and systems. You will work primarily with technical support and development of the platform. You, need to have strong analytical and problem solving skills and a flair for collaborating with many different people from different departments and vendors and consultancy agencies. Qualifications The ideal candidate holds 4-5 years relevant IT experience covering specification, design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT solutions, and holds a relevant degree; for instance within Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar and has relevant business experience. Training in specific systems and processes in Novo Nordisk will be provided. Knowledge and experience with agile development and quality management systems and ITIL processes (e.g. Incident, problem and change management) would be an advantage. Furthermore you should be self-driven with the ability to work in a global team. High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills are also required, as well as ability in collaborating and communicating with external parties, primarily customers, vendors and consultants. In addition, the right candidate must possess the following technical skills: experience in Java, other scripting languages (e.g. Python) and SQL. It is also an advantage to have at least basic/advance knowledge for JSPs, application servers (e.g. Tomcat) and database optimisations.
