For our Wind Onshore business located in Brande, we are looking for a Junior Business Developer who will thrive in an intense cross-functional dynamic environment. As our Junior Business Developer, you will work together with key people in our organisation. What are my responsibilities? As a Junior Business Developer, you will support our strategy development and implementation combining commercial and technical topics. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: · Contributing to cross-functional strategic projects/business initiatives requiring intense collaboration of various stakeholders e.g. Sales, Engineering and Product Development · Ensuring implementation of our Onshore strategy (e.g. by stringent implementation controlling) · Driving all kind of data analyses including discussion of conclusions and suggestion of required actions · Supporting solution development to strategic challenges in selected areas, e.g. cost of energy, go-to-market strategies, platform roadmaps and risk management · Summarizing strategic insights/findings for presentation to top management (e.g. as power point presentation) What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or similar, and ideally first professional experience, e.g. in consulting or project management · You are a strong problem solver. You are familiar with data analysis and strategy development frameworks. Experience from the energy and/or wind power industry would be an advantage but not a requirement · As a person, you are innovative and open to new ways of thinking and you have a result and quality oriented approach to your assignments · At the same time, you have an analytical mindset and you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment · You possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent English skills, both orally and in writing · Furthermore you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
