Radiometer has an annual turnover of more than DKK 3 billion and is owned by US-based Danaher Corporation. Description Are you a Master of Economics with an interest in global reporting? Do you focus on continuous improvements in your processes? Do you possess curiosity and high engagement? As part of the Group Finance Department of Radiometer you will work with a team of 4 colleagues in order to provide correct consolidated Radiometer Group results to Danaher, ensure that reporting is on time and in a high standard. You will interact with finance controllers and general managers of our sales subsidiaries around the globe in order to provide help and backup to our global sales subs in terms of reporting and following accounting standards. Together with other parts of the financial organization, such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Tax or Logistics we provide visibility on group numbers and explanations on outcome of the reported financial numbers to group senior management, ensure quality, completeness and review of reported figures as well as making analytical work on reported numbers. Present challenges are to prepare our function for growth expectations of our group in the future, meaning to analyze & improve current processes. Tasks and responsibilities of our Group and therefore of a Junior Group Controller are: •Provide correct consolidated Radiometer Group results to Danaher. •Ensure reporting on time in a high standard. •Provide help and backup to sales subs in terms of reporting and following accounting standards. •Also provide visibility on group numbers and explanations on outcome of the reported financial numbers. •Ensure quality, completeness and review of reported figures as well as making analytical work on reported numbers. You will have close contact with finance controllers and general managers from Radiometer’s sales subsidiaries, with holding companies, with Tax, as well as Radiometer’s Logistics function. The job To become successful, you will bring energy, knowledge, and team spirit to your colleagues and work processes. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: Controlling •Monthly review of financial reporting •Participate in consolidation and ensure data quality •Reconciliation of group entries and correct consolidated figures •Analysis of numbers and creating overview on a group level •Create and report statistics as well as price variances Management reporting •Communicate financial results to management on a monthly basis as well as ad hoc •Be support on management reporting when questions arises Reporting to Danaher in HFM/Hyperion •Ensure that reported financial data is submitted to Danaher on a monthly basis •Be support on the submitted data when questions arises Ad hoc tasks •Support internal functions on their analysis of reported figures •Analysis and support to transfer price documentation •Cross functional projects, Kaizen & workshops that support continuous improvement Qualifications "Constructive Diversity" is one of our core values, and we believe that human diversity creates a dynamic and creative environment.
