The position is a temporary hire for 12-14 months starting 1 April, giving you great opportunities to enhance your skills. Global support responsibility in several areas You will join the IT team responsible for supporting the production facilities in Billund. Our tasks cover mainly system maintenance and 2nd/3rd level support, and to some extent also solution architecture. You will be working within one or more of the following areas: Logistic Systems used in the moulding factory, High Bay Warehouse, Material Handling Systems, Production Reporting and Management Systems, general production IT equipment like RF devices, PCs, servers and network. Your assignments will be to: Operate systems and act as link between internal customers and IT Participate in projects across the production facilities introducing new technologies and systems to improve the efficiency of our customers Participate in the general decisions across technologies – including taking part in relevant discussion/decision forums around our technologies Participate in the on-call function outside of normal working hours on a schedule Trusted to perform By trusting you to make decisions, do what is right and get things done to the highest possible quality, we will help you make the most of your skills and reach your potential. Being outgoing and collaborative, you thrive in close collaboration with your colleagues in the team, internal stakeholders as well as end users.
