We are looking for a Junior Quality Manager for the Project department within our expanding Offshore business segment located in Vejle, Denmark. In this role you will operatively support the Quality Manager and partner by planning, coordinating and driving quality processes and activities. The successful candidate will drive continual improvement in projects by identifying, reporting and managing, where appropriate, nonconformance throughout the full value chain of the project. What are my responsibilities? • This role requires the individual to support the Quality Manager in implementing the project quality plan for our multi million euro Offshore Wind Projects based upon customer requirements, organisational capability and organisational strategy • Coordinating with internal and external supply chain plus other related Third Parties to ensure that quality requirements are met • The Junior QMiP reports directly to the Head of Quality, Offshore, and is embedded as a functional member of the Project Management teams taking additional functional direction from the Quality Manager for the project • Strong interaction and relationship with customer quality representatives • Performing internal and external audits and assessments as and when required • Identifying, reporting and managing non-conformances What do I need to qualify for this job? • Expert in quality assurance and planning (eg. MPP, ITP, etc) • You must be an expert in ISO:9001, preferably a Qualified auditor • Experience with planning and implementing operational quality assurance controls within complex project environments • Wind experience is preferred, although consideration will be given to equivalent relevant industry experience • Experience in working within teams executing large and complex projects is essential • Experience in working within a matrix organization, preferably across international boundaries • Usage of Six Sigma, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, QFD, 8D Prevention, top+, Process Management • You have a University degree in e.g. engineering • You have 3-5 years of work experience in projects (erection, engineering, commissioning etc.) • You are experienced in operational quality management, quality assurance desired • Intercultural experience • Knowledge in Business Administration and knowledge of company internal processes and commercial contexts • IT-Knowledge, MS Office Programs, Knowledge of Quality specific Tools • Presentation and Moderation skills • Knowledge of internal and external Standards and regulations (organizational and super vision duties, ISO 9001:2001, TS16949, VDE, CE, etc.) • Knowledge of products, systems and services of the Wind Industry In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
