We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Key Account Manager to drive the development and continuous growth of our business activities within service solutions. You will be responsible for the sale of kk-electronic service solutions to existing and new customers and thus play a crucial role in securing our market strategy. Responsibilities As our Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the canvassing of new customers while maintaining a close relationship with existing customers and thereby increase the awareness in the market of service solutions provided by kk-electronic. You have the ability and drive to independently develop new markets and new customers. A development created through a sustained processing of leads and the ability to find the right service solutions and create long lasting relationships. More specifically your main responsibilities as Key Account Manager will cover: •Built and manage the business to ensure that kk-electronic will be a strong partner within service solutions for wind turbines •Ensure that service solutions provided by kk-electronic are known and that kk-electronic is a preferred partner in the market •Actively pursuing business opportunities and sales leads in accordance with the market strategy •Initiating, leading and negotiating contracts with new and existing customers •Being the first point of contact in relation to contractual, commercial and bigger technical issues •Secure feedback from the market to the organization in order to ensure continuous improvement Your profile We are looking for a Key Account Manager with a strong international sales experience within a complex product and customer set-up. Preferably you have worked in the wind, energy or power industry. You hold a degree in Engineering, Economics or Sales and Marketing combined with a vast experience within contract management and commercial understanding. As a person you are an excellent communicator and have the ability to interact at all organizational levels in a global context. Furthermore you have: •Excellent skills in building customer relations and maintain these •Experience from developing markets and building new business •Strong analytic and negotiation skills •Good communication and interpersonal skills.
