Stillingen: Den overordnede opgave er gennem indsamlingsaktiviteter at øge den private fundraising og synlighed for Kirkens Korshær. Medarbejderen vil i samarbejde med kolleger og lokale arbejdssteder skulle videreføre enrække aktuelle indsamlingsaktiviteter samt i særdeleshed medvirke til at udvikle, iværksætte og evaluere nye initiativer, herunder særligt initiativer til at øge antallet af støttemedlemmer. Korshærens indsamlede midler er hidtil primært kommet fra en række andre kilder, så der er rig mulighed for at udvikle og sætte sit præg på dette område. Aktiviteterne omfatter bl.a.: Hvervning og fastholdelse af støttemedlemmer Indsamlingsbreve Kollekter/kirkeindsamlinger Støtte til lokale indsamlingsaktiviteter Du er: Initiativrig Udadvendt Selvstændig Parat til at være både projektleder og projektmedlem i flere forskellige projekter God til at arbejde sammen med mange forskellige typer mennesker Klar til med pionerånd at varetage et område med et stort udviklingspotentiale Fortrolig med at skulle arbejde ud fra Kirkens Korshærs kristne menneskesyn Du har: En relevant faglig uddannelse indenfor samfundsvidenskab, markedsføring, økonomi eller lignende Erfaring og succes med medlemshvervning og fundraising Forståelse for arbejdet i en frivilligt drevet forening Solidt drive Evnen til at drive et projekt hele vejen fra idé til forankret aktivitet i organisationen Du får: Et job med stor variation og spændende udfordringer Et meningsfuldt job til gavn for vores mest udsatte medmennesker i Danmark En gruppe vidt forskellige og meget engagerede kolleger Mulighed for personlig og faglig udvikling Løn i henhold til Kirkens Korshærs lønregulativ Ansøgninger og eventuelle spørgsmål sendes på mail til Udviklingschef Jesper Rønn-Simonsen: jrsimonsen (at) kirkenskorshaer.dk Ansøgningsfristen er mandag d. 1. Kirkens Korshær hjælper socialt udsatte og nødstedte mennesker i Danmark - særligt mennesker med liv præget af ensomhed, hjemløshed, psykisk sygdom og misbrug. Kirkens Korshær har omkring 400 ansatte og 8000 frivillige medarbejdere. Arbejdet drives for midler fra indsamling og genbrugsbutikker samt støtte fra stat og kommuner.
