Responsibilities: Mellanox interconnect ICs are designed for broadband communication at frequencies up to 56 GHz. For such ICs the physical implementation (layout) is critical. Even the slightest parasitic or mismatch can mean the difference between success and failure. Therefor the physical and circuit designers work very closely together as one team. Qualifications: Education: B.Sc/B.Eng. of Electronic Engineering. Advantages: Knowledge in matched layout, IO and ESD circuits Familiar with Cadence tools and with Synopsys and Mentor verification. Knowledge in Unix/Linux (TCL,…) scripting, skill coding. At least 5 year industry experience, focusing on Layout design.
