You will join the Learning & Development Team at the Poul Due Jensen Academy (PDJA). We create training structures and enable learning for the global Grundfos organisation, striving to use the latest learning technologies and best practices. The learning we produce and transfer is plugged into the business needs of Grundfos.We deliver our training concepts and structures based on a professional blended learning platform including on-demand tutorials, webinars, Face-to-Face interventions and use of social media. You will join a team of 8 that work closely with sales, service, product and application training, and you will refer to L&D manager, Klaus Loewe Lantz. “You will help to build up an extended training curriculum for our global sales and service force. This is an opportunity to leave a remarkable footprint on an important area with a high impact potential for Grundfos”, Klaus says. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As Lead Consultant, you are responsible for our team’s contribution to the global sales and service training in Grundfos. Being responsible means that you secure that all training and training solutions to the sales and service force are efficient, effective and business aligned. You collaborate with stakeholders in the Head Quarter in Bjerringbro and also in the Sales Regions worldwide and together with them create the best training platform. As part of this, you will consult with the business to identify learning needs, design, develop and deliver effective learning solutions together with your colleagues. “You will be involved in designing training for approximately 5000 sales and service people that today is serving more than 550,000 companies and more than 1.2 mill key decision-makers. The companies are for example distributors, industrial OEM’s and municipalities. Our key decision-makers are for example Installers, consulting engineers and purchasing managers.” Klaus says You will play a role in the delivery phase – primarily as a supervisor to regional training master plans, and occasionally as trainer or facilitator. You are end-to-end responsible from the point of need identification with the business until the learning solution has been successfully delivered. Thus, your time will be split between business consulting, developing and orchestrating solutions deliveries. Your solutions must align with the PDJA and business strategies while being effective and efficient in terms of impact and productivity measures. As the needs of the business and L&D technologies are constantly changing you will help securing continuous improvements while striving for creating a comprehensive curriculum. “We strive to deliver strong training platforms that guarantee a good learning experience for people and there are many ways of doing this. The biggest challenge in this job is to combine your solid sales and consultancy skills with the ability to deliver effective and efficient learning solutions,” Klaus explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You most likely have a strong commercial background with an experience in sales management and are familiar with consultancy. Experience in learning and development or training is an advantage. Very important is also, that you have a holistic and strategic approach and a passion for learning and development as an enabler for business results. It is essential that you have consultative skills and communicate easily with various people in the needs discovery phase, while working structured and persistently in the design, development and delivery phase. Furthermore, you must be able to communicate with and challenge stakeholders productively to ensure that they receive the right learning solutions for their needs.
