Do you have solid experience in SAP with Finance and Controlling? And do you have the ability and perseverance to ensure both a high level of standardisation and yet customised procedures in SAP? Then you might be our new Lead Consultant – FICO Design. You will work in Nordborg and be a part of a Global FICO team of 19 highly competent FICO consultants located in Denmark, Germany, Mexico, and China. Advising business partners regarding optimisation and improvement of processes Besides working with general Finance and Controlling you will be responsible for the E2E process around GRC and native HANA reporting. Our primary task is to support the alignment of processes within Danfoss Business, where you will take part in designing and building the future ERP platform in Danfoss and put your fingerprint on future solutions. Besides designing the business processes, you also will get the possibility to work with the newest technology from SAP e.g. HANA, Simple Finance and Fiori. You will be in charge of the detailed architecture and guide your colleagues in doing the necessary setup and sparring for roll out. Your role will cover: •Design of business processes •Guidance of implementation and configuration of solutions in ERP system •Design converting data •Review the documents of keen solutions in our joint documentation system Your success depends on your ability to promote and create a sense of ownership when standardizing different procedures. Most of the time you will work project-oriented, but you will also experience ad hoc tasks. For the right person this will be a position offering both personal and professional development and the possibility to put your footprint on the alignment of the future Danfoss procedures in this area. Strong communicator with professional skills in Finance and IT You hold a Master’s degree in Finance or IT, and you might have a background as IT solution analyst within finance or as an external consultant working with SAP. Preferable you have knowledge about Finance and Controlling in SAP, legal reporting and controlling, and you are able to see the big picture rather than dig into details. Your contribution will often be a partial delivery in other’s projects, or you will depend on others to provide a partial delivery. Therefore, you need good interpersonal skills and an appetite for cooperation. You are curious with super communication skills, and you are capable of influencing others. You ask all the necessary questions in order to understand the business in details and provide appropriate sparring. You are proactive and expected to take initiative in relation to tasks and challenges, and you are self-driven and able to make decisions.
