Further, working as a Lead Consultant gives you the opportunity to: • Consolidate all HR, Payroll & Time solutions into a few strategic platforms • Work in the intersection between business needs and system requirements while making recommendations and decisions regarding solutions • Work on future solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors IS Human Capital Solutions is part of the global Grundfos IT organisation and we are responsible for all HR, Payroll and Time Management solutions worldwide. We are 9 colleagues placed on 3 locations around the world, working in a close and active cooperation across borders and timezones and we enjoy a collaborative environment with a very high degree of integration and interaction with our business colleagues. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As our new Lead Consultant, you will also take on the role as Solution Architect. Your primary focus is on solution ownership and to develop, implement and maintain HR, Payroll & Time solutions in accordance with IT-architectural principles and guidelines. You do this in close cooperation with your colleagues across IT and business: • Shape the IT strategy and roadmap for the future and execute it • Manage day to day needs and challenges • Drive further development and deployment of existing solutions • Develop and implement new solutions • Provide consultancy, advice and best practice Key to this position is to tie your extensive SAP HR expertise and skills with your solid understanding of the business and collaborate with relevant partners across IT as well as business to deliver the right solutions. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have a broad experience and a solid IT-technical background working with complex HR, Payroll & Time solutions in SAP in a global company. This includes experience working with: • SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM • SAP in general • HR master data • Change Management • Consultancy across IT and business on all levels • IT Architecture (platforms and systems) You are driven by and want to be a key player in the journey to bring our HR, Payroll & Time solutions to the next level. You have the ability to drive the strategic roadmap, set the scene and stay the course while working with many different stakeholders and needs. Your business understanding combined with your solid SAP HR knowledge enables you to offer solutions and consultancy that meets the needs of the business and positions you as the professional lighthouse in the department. You are fluent in English and possess strong communication and collaborative skills. You focus on delivering, have a good sense of priorities and are able to work systematically as well as independently to deliver the right solutions.
