Job Description

Danfoss is looking for two Lead Consultants – SAP Authorization and GRC to support our OneERP project. You will be working in our Identity and Access Management team, responsible for translating business requirements into system language and securing the conceptional foundation. The position also covers all other aspects of a typical SAP Authorization consultant role from end-to-end. To achieve this, you will need to collaborate closely with colleagues from all over the world.
 
One ERP is the foundation of Danfoss’ digital transformation. It will give Danfoss speed and flexibility, enabling us to give a better digital customer experience. This will be possible by having aligned business processes, SAP configurations, business forms, master data definitions and training material across the entire organization. You will join a highly motivated One ERP Program Team with members from the four Danfoss segments and key corporate functions. Together with business input, they have built the system, established various interfaces and mapped business processes upfront using the latest technology available.
 
Background and skills
There is more than one way into these positions, but for you to be successful, we expect you to have a relevant bachelor and/or master as well as 8+ years of experience in SAP security andSAP GRC. In-depth understanding of SAP authorization, design and implementation is also a necessity.
 
Additionally, you need:

• A solid understanding of SOD conflict issues and operational handling in GRC.
• Preferable a good understanding of different business areas and processes
• To be self-driven and show a mentality to develop and own solutions and to improve them – aiming for automation is not new to you.
• To be flexible and adaptable – work on full lifecycle and stretch into new roles and requirements, when needed.
• To show interest and readiness to deeply analyze and solve topics autodidact.
• To be ready to work extensively with external consultants and guide them.
• To be proficient in both written and spoken English.
