Then you could be the person we are looking for as the new Lead Consultant in the Customer relationship management platforms team.
You will be a member of a global team securing that the force.com platform runs in an efficient, stable and consistent way. At the same time identifying and driving new initiatives to secure we utilise the platform in the best way and securest way possible. The platform team is a member of the customer management relationship capability in Danfoss group IT.
Implementation, improvement and development
With reference to the Senior Manager Platform, your daily task will consist of you being the solution owner, which means that you are responsible for running the change advisory board for the force.com, align requirements with the Business stakeholders as well as stakeholders inside Danfoss Group IT. When new releases are being published by Salesforce, it is your task to investigate those and see how Danfoss can utilise these. Another part of the job is to be one of the administrators who helps solving day-to-day issues and securing that our processes like Change Control are being followed, taking part in projects and being in contact with the vendor.
Other key responsibilities will be to:
- CRM Platforms (Salesforce) Team coordinator
- Responsible for the Platform CAB, evaluate and approve change requests
- Align with all stakeholders through individual monthly meetings
- Keep all stakeholders updated on the work done by Platform through monthly information meetings
- Coordinate the problem task force, to solve issues that are occurring on Salesforce/force.com
- Keep up-to-date with the coming Salesforce releases
- Be proactive by following various Trailblazer communities to be up-to-date with changes from Salesforce. What is coming, what is changed?
- Take part in various projects
- Support to colleagues in Danfoss
- Solving issues regarding Single Sign On, Data load and Installing Apps
Practical experience and strong communication skills
You have a theoretical background within IT, engineering or similar. In addition, the right candidate has a deep knowledge of the Salesforce. You take pride in that decisions, changes and similar things are documented and that things are done according to the defined processes. You like to interact with many people at the same time and you can easily adapt yourself to different cultures. You possess strong interpersonal communication and reported writing skills, which enable you to build and develop strong relationships, and to communicate your results in a clear and concise manner. You adapt and share your knowledge and best practice. You possess the necessary drive in combination with a strong, fact-based approach to your tasks and the ability to perform in a changing and international working environment.
Finally, yet importantly, you are proficient in English, both in writing and in speech.
