Radiometer’s big headquarters in Brønshøj, Copenhagen, has more than 1,100 employees gathered on site. A common passion for us are using facts to solve problems, drive smarter decisions and support innovation. We extract precise data and evaluate things like:
• “What is the performance of our products?”
• “How many consumables do our installed medical devices use?”
• “What is the price variance of our products sold over time?”
To answer these questions we work closely together in the office. Our colleagues asking these questions are easy accessible if we need to discuss potential solutions and collaboration is an inspiring part of this job. Technology is the other essential ingredient as we use:
• WhereScape
• Microsoft SQL
• Microsoft AD
• Microsoft PowerShell
• Microsoft Power BI and/or Qlikview
Focus on implementing ideas with short lead time
The team consists of one internal BI consultant and one ETL developer and as the 3rd team member you are responsible for the operations and development of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) as well as delivering solutions. All of you report to Head of Business IT, Lars Sønderskov. The team has a lot of freedom to operate, meaning that ideas we agree and prioritize can have a very short lead time from inception to implementation.
Some of our current priorities is to improve our Customers Experience (CX), by providing new Digital Services on our Customer Portal. We also play a central role to provide aggregated CRM, ERP and IoT data to create valuable insights for both customers and customer facing staff. We are also working on classical financial reporting solution to achieve a single-source-of-truth.

• Training and coaching/mentoring other ETL developers
• ETL development on your own projects

Qualifications
We expect that the following qualifications increase your chances of success in the job:
• Min. bachelor of computer science (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience working with ETL development
• 3+ years of experience managing a Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Successful track record of building integrations to and from external non-SQL systems, like AD’s and Cloud services through API’s
• Track record of training, mentoring and coaching ETL developers
• Track record of delivering projects working in a part business consultant, part developer role
IT Qualifications
• ETL development using WhereScape (or equivalent)
• Running EDW on Microsoft SQL 2016 Enterprise, incl.
• SSIS/SSAS
• MDS
• Microsoft PowerShell
• Microsoft AD
• Advantage: Microsoft Power BI and/or QlikView
