We are looking for a Master Planner to join our team located in Aarhus within the Manufacturing Business Development Organisation. You will be a part of a dynamic team with the scope to cover all factories within MHI Vestas Offshore Wind to plan production capacity for our global footprint in the context of the full company supply chain from procurement of components to installation of offshore wind turbines.

What you will do

Perfecting our Master Planning on top management level by:

• Collecting inputs from relevant parts of the organisation (factories, commercial team, supply chain, technology, project operations and finance) to manage manufacturing capacity resulting in one Master Plan for the entire MHI Vestas organisation
• Prepare presentation of cross-functionally aligned Master Plan to be presented in monthly management meeting for top level approval
• Calculating advanced scenarios and managing alternatives based on various inputs from key stakeholders
• Being responsible for anchoring the Master Planning process in the organisation and ensuring interfaces to interdependent planning processes in MHI Vestas

What we are looking for

To succeed in this position, you must be:

• Experienced with planning on managerial level and proficient with data analysis, enabling you to fully understand the requirements from processes and stakeholders
• An expert in identifying any planning issues to facilitate the optimal solution
• Skilful at keeping a sense of perspective while investigating into details, allowing you to handle large amount of data in multiple scenarios while keeping the overview
• Excellent in stakeholder management, collecting and processing a wide range of inputs from a complex value chain

Furthermore, you have solid Excel and PowerPoint skills, can communicate effortlessly in English and manage all kinds of presentations with confidence.
