This is a position where you will have broad influence on our mobile platform and function as an expert on mobile tech. Develop on our app service platform Working as our Mobile Tech Lead puts you in the middle of development of our app service platform. The aim is to build and maintain a platform that is coherent and scalable, partly by integrating the often complex needs of our different LEGO® Mobile projects, ensuring the optimal framework for future app development. You need to be able to work in a fast changing environment and learn a complex system architecture and the LEGO Organisation, products and history. With your design for change mind-set, you can focus on creating flexible solutions that can easily be changed to meet changing requirements. Further, you have to thrive with the responsibility of setting an agenda as the expert in the middle, who drives his/her own tasks, loves to bring new ideas to the table, and builds bridges in projects and across teams to create transparency and synergy. Your qualifications: Great iOS/Android development skills - it is a huge advantage if you have both At least 5 years' experience in software build, doing programming in web development in an agile environment MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar that has given you great theoretical understanding of software development You have worked with object-oriented design (UML) and web APIs.
