Lead Recruitment Consultant for search and talent acquisition

Do you want to hire the right and best talents for Ørsted’s transformation journey in close collaboration with our business heads and other stakeholders?

 

Join us and become Lead Recruitment Consultant in Recruitment, anchored in the Global Talent & Performance team and part of our People & Development organisation. You’ll be responsible for critical recruitments across all of Ørsted’s business units. The position includes specifically handling search assignments as well as ‘jumping in’ and assisting hiring managers at all levels with recruitment processes according to need.

 

Your key tasks will be to

• coordinate, drive and execute recruitment processes, including search assignments
• contribute significantly to Ørsted’s Recruitment Core Team (network of recruiters across the organisation) and HR community with sparring and practice sharing
• drive key projects and concepts focused on enhancing talent acquisition in Ørsted
• develop manager and P&D colleague recruitment competences through training and facilitation
• contribute actively to internal mobility across the organisation.

 

Your competences include that you

• have a relevant master’s degree
• have experience with strategic recruitment, talent acquisition and search from a leading global company, with a track record of strong performance and documented results to show
• have high ambitions and an engaging, proactive and systematic approach to driving recruitment processes and projects related to this area
• have a profound insight into assessment and possess test certifications, advantageously including the Saville Wave Professional Styles test package
• have excellent listening and communication skills which you can apply to different situations and diverse stakeholders, e.g. top management, middle management, specialists, blue collar environment, different countries and cultures, etc.

 

In addition, it’s important that you combine analytical and strategic capabilities with a focused hands-on and a ‘doer’ mindset.
