In this role, you will be located at our R&D headquarter in Aarhus. Here, you will be working with a team of test engineers located in India and DK, leading the software testing activities. Your work will be focusing on the test of any software related to the operation of a turbine or a power plant. Some examples are turbine software, upload tools, park monitoring software, and power plant controller (SCADA). The software has multiple interfaces to other systems. It will be your responsibility to maintain the hardware-in-loop simulators dedicated to software integration testing, safety software system testing and test setup for power plant interfaces. Responsibilities: •Maintain and upgrade hardware in loop simulators •Maintain Test Servers •Execute manual integration test using hardware in loop simulators •Perform; Product Testing, Integration- System level- Regression- and acceptance testing •Deliver PC for data streaming from field and prototype turbines •Support developer in debugging defects in Hardware-in-loop simulators •Automate most of manual testing. •Optimize test tools and processes. •Work close with test team in Chennai, India to ensure test setup and test execution ON TIME. •Innovate and improve test protocol by collaborating with cross functional teams. •Analyse continuously test data, share lessons learned. •Deliver high quality standard test reports. •Continuously support and challenge the test process. Qualifications: Degree in engineering and preferably 5-7 years of experience in testing embedded systems in hardware-in-loop environment and leading test teams in a global setup. Competencies: •Experience in end-to-end software life cycle testing methods and levels •Experience in main hard ware in loop in Wind Turbines/Automation/Power Plants •Be an outgoing team player who is used to work with many interfaces •Proactive and fast learner who easily creates overview, plans, delegates, assesses risks and performances •Thorough and structured work style •Able to challenge and question the test process •Team player with excellent communication skills in written and oral Danish and English •Experience with programming and scripting •Danish work permit required What we offer: As part of our highly skilled engineering team, you can be looking forward to work in an inspiring international environment where achieving premium quality is a main target.
