Key responsibilities
You will apply your craft to create a cohesive experience for our customers across touch-points. As Lead, you will be facilitating conceptual and detailed design activities, coordinating work and work confidently up and down the organisation.
You'll manage a team of designers, part of a larger experience design studio across the UK and Denmark, working alongside our organisational owners, service designers, qual & quant researchers, engineering teams, and more. You will conceptualise both incremental and disruptive change, supporting those concepts with evidence of viability.
This will be a knotty, challenging problem requiring system-level thinking. Your ability to coach and foster collaboration will be key, along with an ability to present and defend holistic concepts at the top and bottom of the organisation.

- Have 8+ years delivering design for digital systems, having strong leadership and coaching experience.
