Are you relentlessly looking for improvements? At the Vestas Nacelles & Hub Factory in Ringkøbing we are looking for a new colleague that can help us improve even further. We have come a long way with improvements but we are never satisfied. We want to do better every day! Vestas Nacelles & Hub Factory Ringkøbing is responsible for assembling the 3MW platform. The factory is running a 2 shift operation with approximately 450 employees. The factory is mainly delivering to the European market both onshore and offshore. Responsibilities: As a Lean Coordinator in the factory you will be responsible for driving the Lean initiatives. You will be the coordinator of our Lean team consisting of 4-6 hourly employees depending on the tasks ahead of us. Furthermore, you will together with the factory's management team identify and set the direction for future Lean projects. Qualifications: You hold a Bachelor or a Master degree as Production Engineer, Process Engineer or similar Some years of experience from a similar role in a manufacturing environment Newly educated candidates with experience from a relevant student job are also welcome Competencies: Experience in driving Lean processes Lean Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage Very good communication skills at all levels in the organization Good communication and presentation skills in English and Danish What we offer: We offer a job in an ever changing environment where improvements and change is part of our everyday life.
