Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...be responsible for different tasks before, during and after the project execution. Before, you will prepare the site for the next project following LEAN concepts, update job cards and boards based on the project scope, brief the relevant stakeholders and provide input for the site layout. During the project execution, you will ensure work progress in compliance with LEAN concepts, trouble shoot, update mappings and improvement areas and support the Technical Project Manager on project issues. Finally, after the project execution, you will provide project learnings to the LEAN team for further development and improvement of the LEAN concepts.

You will also be responsible for

• Create job card setup on projects
• Create and setup boards for daily operations
• Support daily follow-up and data capturing
• Support TPM in implementing solutions on site
• Guide and support site teams in execution
• Support HSE on site
• Support Quality on site

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

...has solid knowledge of LEAN methodologies and project management and experience with operational process development through LEAN principles form the construction industry, preferably offshore energy. As a person, you have a strong continuous improvement mindset, are structured and systematic as well as result- and quality-oriented.

• Have a relevant background from the wind industry
• Are proactive and a self-starter
• Are a team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
• Have implementation management skills
• Are fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Have strong Microsoft Office skills
