Lean Performance Manager, Supply Operations, Bagsværd Are you the Lean Performance Manager who can help us take production and supply operation to the next Lean level? We need an ambitious, skilled Lean thinker to drive the innovation and implementation of Lean in Supply Operations – Novozymes’ areas for production, supply chain, process optimization, and quality, as well as ensuring we deliver product and value to the customers every day. Lean is a vital part of Novozymes’ strategy to maintain our position as the world’s leading supplier of biological solutions. We need a strong person who can help design and implement our next Lean steps. As Lean Performance Manager you will be responsible for creating and implementing plans for roll out of Lean based on needed analysis and requests from the organization. You will plan, facilitate and follow up on Lean board meetings, internal training programs and Lean group meetings. You will decide on and aligning Lean tools and material used in Lean roll-outs across the organization (China, US and DK). A part of your role will be to coach 12 skilled Lean colleagues and leaders in Supply Operations. As a person you have a structured approach to work, have the ability to see the bigger picture and focus on the essence, and thrive in a complex environment and under pressure. In this position you need to have: +5 years of experience as a Lean consultant/coach from a production or supply organization or as an external consultant A comprehensive Lean toolbox Fluency in English and preferably in Danish Preferably a Bachelors/M.Sc. degree in Engineering, Process or Production Engineering Strong communication and interpersonal skills A strong desire for following tasks through Are you the next Zymer in our team?
