You will be part of Training Development and will join a dedicated team of 4 people developing and implementing first-in class learning solutions. Department: We deliver safety & technical training mainly for technicians in the Vestas Service organization and are responsible for: Development of education material Forecasting and planning of safety & technical courses in training centers and on site. Delivery of safety & technical courses Course follow up and skill & competency management. We are today a total of 61 employees in 6 training centers and represented in 10 countries: - 40 Instructors - 9 Coordinators & administration - 2 Management Support - 2 Developers - 8 Management Responsibilities: Develop & implement high impact learning solutions Develop tasks list for field certification Define specification for training equipment Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions Ensure timely delivery Project management Qualifications: The candidate: Has a background as engineer, technician or similar Has previous experiences with ID (Instructional Design) methodologies and frameworks for: Content development (previous knowledge of 4MAT a plus) Development and deployment of multi-channel learning content (e.g. classroom, field and web-based) Competencies: Loyal and cooperative in a small team environment Ability to conduct training needs analysis for planning the development of training programs and materials Familiarity with assessment models to measure learning effectiveness Insight into IT solutions in support of training development (knowledge of SAP Document Management System a plus) Collaboration skills to effectively build knowledge networks and interact with and manage key stakeholders Innovative mindset to take an existing training setup in new directions Ability to assess key data and metrics in support of more effective training planning and development Good communication & IT skills Fluent in English - writing and speaking Cultural awareness around education Additional information: Work place: Aarhus or Videbæk WIND.
