Then you may be the new Learning and Organisational Development Specialist we are looking for. About the department You will join a team of 7 highly skilled colleagues in PS People and Organisation who are responsible for developing and implementing effective training standards and learning initiatives across the organisation. We own the training standards in PS, and our goal is to be centre of excellence on learning and development and to ensure effective training across the organisation to develop competent employees. The job In this job you will drive learning and development projects across the global Product Supply organisation, and you will work with the organisation to ensure that acquired competencies are effectively utilised to meet business needs. This involves supporting the organisation in their implementation of existing training concepts and optimising these according to needs. It also involves designing organisational structures and set-ups to support effective learning and promote continuous competency development. Moreover, you will design and implement new learning concepts, tools and initiatives which are aligned with business needs and ensure that they are solidly anchored in the organisation. Qualifications You are highly experienced in designing, delivering and evaluating training solutions. You have comprehensive knowledge of a range of training and learning methods and know how to apply these to meet business needs. Moreover, you have solid experience in driving organisational development initiatives and very strong project and change management skills. You probably hold a Master’s degree in Adult Education, Organisational Development, Psychology or related field. Knowledge of GMP and L&D experience from the pharmaceutical industry will be regarded as beneficial. As a person you are pro-active, structured and solution-oriented, and you take pride in delivering high quality work. You are able to prioritise your tasks in a complex and fast environment, and you can estimate the consequences and risks of the decisions you make. Moreover, you are a team player and know how to build strong working relationships with all types of stakeholders.
