You will join the Poul Due Jensen Academy – Grundfos’ corporate academy with 22 employees. We create and enable learning for the global Grundfos organisation, striving to use the latest learning technologies and best practices. The learning we produce and transfer is plugged into the business needs of Grundfos, and we deliver our training based on a professional blended learning platform. You will refer to Department Head, Mette Husum Bering. “You will join a team of highly motivated and skilled colleagues working with developing, delivering and administering learning. You will be the Academy’s specialist within learning technology solutions and their application areas. It will be your responsibility to maintain, develop and integrate our learning platforms in cooperation with relevant stakeholders such as Grundfos’ corporate IT function. You act as our technical lead when exploring and implementing new systems supporting learning needs, and you keep an eye out for the newest learning technology trends that might benefit the organisation. You will work closely with both training administrators and developers and you must understand the different learning processes in order to help transform system related needs into solutions. You will balance your time between diving into technical solutions exploring possibilities and solving problems and taking the helicopter perspective focusing on the business needs and the overall platform infrastructure. “You must be able to take part in all aspects of an IT project – from discovery, development to implementation and training. This requires equal parts of technical insight, business orientation and communication skills,” Mette explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have a background within IT and 3+ years of solid experience working with different learning systems and platforms. Further, you have worked with learning and training as a discipline and have a good understand of the different aspects of the world of learning including development, delivery and admin. Finally, you have experience with working in IT projects as well as working closely with the business and multiple stakeholders. You speak and write fluent English. If you have experience with SAP, Learning Management Systems, Drupal, Captivate, Adobe Connect, HTML 4/5 and/or streaming services, we consider it a plus. “As a person, you have a natural curiosity for new trends and technologies.
