Are you the Lecturer of the future? For the Multimedia and IT educations at Lillebælt Academy of Professional Higher Education As a result of an increase in activity we are looking to recruit 2-3 new lecturers, who want to join our team of lecturers, at our Multimedia and IT departments. Specifically for our AP Degree programmes in Multimedia Design & Communication, and Computer Science, and our Bachelor educations in Web Development and Software Development. Your professional background You have a higher education at Master / PhD level with significant IT content. In other words you have a broad-based expertise within one or more of the fields of visualisation, digitalisation, programming and systems development, technology and business. Ideally you have work experience from the industry within the fields you wish to teach and develop. Your profile You strive for close relations with businesses and researchers within your fields of expertise, and have an ambition of contributing to the growth and development in the region of Southern Denmark. You are engaged, curios, enterprising, open to self-knowledge and reflection. You have an ambition of creating optimal learning courses, which leads you to contribute to, and take initiatives to educational and professional innovation, experiment and develop your pedagogical approach, for the benefit of your students, and as inspiration for your colleagues as well as the local business community. You are a team player, with a strong focus on collaboration with students, colleagues, businesses, research and other stakeholders in our IT-educations. We expect With our professions programmes we always attempt to stay ahead of technologies that can create growth for businesses, thus ensuring that our students have the best possible job opportunities after completing their studies. We expect that you via networking with businesses will contribute positively to secure the future of our educations, and aid the creation of growth and development in the region. You must be able to communicate, at a professional level in English, and we actively encourage non-Danish speaking employees to take part in Danish courses. We offer You will be working closely with competent and dedicated colleagues. You will be expected to achieve Associate Professor qualification within the first 4 years of employment. This qualification programme involves tasks within research and development, further education, the area of internationalisation, as well as the full-time educations. In our teaching we work holistically across the subject areas, and in close cooperation with the industries.
