Description Compliance – documentation – distributor screening In Radiometer Medical’s Legal & IPR department we take pride in having a leadership role in ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations wherever Radiometer does business. Thus, we work to implement appropriate processes, programs, procedures, and standards to facilitate compliance globally. If you are structured and organized with an understanding of compliance and documentation, you might be our new team member. The job gives you a key role in communicating with relevant stakeholders across borders, ensuring that distributor screening, compliance training, and legal expenses are documented and systemized. Correctly collected and filed data is vital in ensuring that Radiometer is able to provide and document our structured way of working to stay in compliance. The job One of your primary responsibilities is to conduct a thorough screening of our portfolio of distributors. You will be trained in conducting the screening process. Other assignments include: •Structuring and managing anti-corruption documentation •Collecting, structuring, and managing documentation of anti-corruption work done in our subsidiaries all over the world •Filing and managing contracts and maintaining the contract filing system •Filing with the Danish Commerce and Company Agency internal filing and maintenance of company portfolio systems •Legal spend documentation and reporting •Preparation of presentations •Travel management and expense reporting for VP Legal •Demanding and collecting legal documents and information from our subsidiaries globally Qualifications "Constructive Diversity" is one of our core values and we believe that human diversity creates a dynamic and creative environment.
