A sub-department of the staffs function in Regulatory Affairs located in Søborg. In Major cLEAN Projects we are four dedicated people, responsible for managing cross-functional improvement projects and for strengthening the LEAN mindset in the Regulatory Affairs organisation . We oversee the project portfolio, facilitate project selection by the management team, and execute the major projects. Such projects are often about optimizing our processes, either because new requirements from authorities have arrived, because of issues with the current processes, or because an opportunity to improve has been identified. Being part of the staff is a truly exciting challenge. We sit at the center of decisions, close to RA Management, and it is our job to make sure that they get the support they need. Very often, when Management gets an idea – it falls on us to execute. The job This job is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills in a highly visible environment. You will be called upon by the Senior Management team when big issues or opportunities emerge. They will look for you to apply your extensive skills and run a project that addresses it. For this job we are looking for the seasoned veteran. A candidate who can set a new standard for LEAN Six Sigma project management and help take the organisation to the next level. As a natural consequence the job offers frequent senior management interactions and many projects have international reach. You will be asked to plan and execute the project together with a project team while navigating the different internal agendas and drawing on the collective knowledge of the rest of the department through frequent sparring. You will be exposed to many different organisational units in- and outside Regulatory Affairs – in Denmark and globally. You will build a strong global network and be able to further develop your skills. We expect you to be an active part in the continuous development of both the department and Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master's Degree (economics, business administration, engineering or the like) with excellent results, and you are a certified LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt (Or Novo Nordisk 3-star). Ideally you have 5+ years of experience with project management from a global company or a well-reputed consultancy. It is also a plus with a project management certification. You are motivated by driving change and improvements involving many stakeholders at all organisational levels. You have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and you are result-oriented. Furthermore, you are ambitious and like to be challenged. Your analytical skills are outstanding, and you are structured and comfortable with the responsibility of driving a project to success independently in a highly political environment.
