As a Logistics Manager at HPP you will have the opportunity to influence not only HPP’s logistics processes and tools, but also our daily operations and implementation of future supply chain methods. You will be the manager of a team of seven skilled employees, and will thus be part of the Supply Chain management team in HPP. You will be referring to the Director of Supply Chain. Logistics, cross-organisational cooperation and business development Concurrently with continuous growth and optimisation, the primary focus in HPP is to support the increasing transformation of our organisation into a lean and well organised business unit. As a Logistics Manager in HPP your overall mission will be to secure supply in our changing and dynamic growth environment. With your structured and proactive work approach, you will be the key player who: •Ensures supplier development in cooperation with strategic procurement •Develops and improves processes across the supply chain •Develops and maintains the logistics strategy •Develops employee and team competences •Works across functions with sales, marketing, procurement, R&D, Q and manufacturing An entrepreneurial spirit with flair for logistics You hold a relevant degree for example within logistics, supply chain or engineering. You have exhaustive working experience from a function within logistics, and furthermore you have solid experience as a manager. You are familiar with planning, inventory management, supplier development, customer support and you have a natural talent for project management. Also, you are in possession of a high entrepreneurial spirit, which enables you to engage in the development of processes and establishment of future strategies for HPP. You excel in maintaining strong relationships at every level – internally and globally, and last but not least, you are proficient in English and Danish.
